Description
English scones are often light and fluffy, usually lightly sweetened with a brush of egg wash for color on top. Paired with the classic whipped cream and fruity jams, they are ideal for breakfast or any time of the day. We like ours moist in the center with crumbly goodness and yet having that light flakey layers throughout the biscuit (some might object to calling them with this name).
Made with almond flour, these scones will be denser than their wheat-based cousins but they do the wonderful job of pairing with anything you fancy with a nutty difference.
They are best eaten right out of the oven usually. If not, store them in the fridge and warm them for a delightful treat or start to your day.

Available in Plain, Choco Chunks, Double Choco and Cheddar.
Ingredients: Almond flour, butter, premium range eggs, xylitol/erythritol, gluten free baking powder, whipping cream, Himalayan pink salt and various flavorings e.g. vanilla extract for Plain, 100% pure unsweetened cocoa powder for Double Choco, unsweetened chocolate chunks for Choco Chunks and cheddar cheese for Cheddar.
