Buttery Roti Kok is simply bread strips laden with butter and sprinkled with “sugar” i.e. erythritol and xylitol for this case. In short, Crispy Butter “Sugar” Toast.
This is an old school snack found in many traditional bakeries in the past in Singapore. Recreating this… for old time’s sake.
Approximately 45-50g of crisps in a bag. Each bag should give a good 3 servings for that morning breakfast or as snacks for tea.
Do note that the shape and size of each piece will vary.
Main ingredients: vital wheat gluten, premium range eggs, organic milled flaxseed, non-GMO certified oat fiber, sweetener-xylitol/erythritol, butter, organic inulin powder, yeast and Himalayan pink salt
