Hot Cross Bun, signified by its cross prominently displayed on its surface, representing the crucifixion of Jesus, and the spices inside signifying the spices used to embalm him at his burial. This is typically made sweet so we topped ours with a good amount of erythritol.
Sold in sets of 9 mini buns forming a 14cm square.
Main ingredients: vital wheat gluten, eggs, organic milled flaxseed, oat fiber, sweetener-xylitol/erythritol, butter, organic inulin powder, yeast, salt
Classic: +lemon, orange, whipping cream, cinnamon powder and pumpkin spice.
Chocolate Chips: +cocoa powder and dark chocolate chips
