Description
Egg tart – a baked pastry commonly found in our bakeries and restaurants, consisting of a soft outer pastry crust that is filled with a soft and creamy egg custard, now available in low carb/keto version.
The outer pastry for this tart version is slightly crispy at the top, soft and buttery at the bottom.
Ingredients: Almond flour, organic gluten-free coconut flour (optional), premium range eggs, butter, xylitol, whipping cream and vanilla extract.
