Description
There is one cheese tart we loved very much i.e. the one sold in Hokkaido. This is an attempt to create something close and one that is keto friendly reminiscent of the one which we cannot get enough then when we were in Japan.
Japanese desserts tend to be light and this is no exception. Filled with soft mascarpone cream encased in a slightly crispy crust, makes it a delicious afternoon snack with tea.

Ingredients: almond flour, premium range eggs, butter, mascarpone cheese, whipping cream, xylitol, vanilla extract and organic lemon juice.
